Er ist nach dem Historiker <a href="Steven_Runciman" title="Steven Runciman">Steven Runciman</a> benannt und von der <a href="National_Bank_of_Greece" title="National Bank of Greece">National Bank of Greece</a> mit 9000 Pfund dotiert. Das oder die Bücher sollten im Vorjahr erschienen sein.
